Michelle grew up right here in Lakeland, Florida and graduated from Lakeland High School. She spent 9 years in Pennsylvania and brings over 7 years of experience in chiropractic to our patients. Michelle has been with CCL for 2 years and she loves helping people find true wellness with chiropractic. Michelle just finished her Associate's Degree in Business Administration.

Anita Koch, Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant / Billing Specialist

Anita has been with CCL for over a year. She has been certified in the DRX9000 Spinal Decompression. Anita focuses on insurance and billing collections. If you have any questions about your statement, your insurance benefits or about the billing process, Anita can help.
 

Kandy Johnson, Billing and Personal Injury Liaison

Kandy has been with Dr. Johnson from the very beginning. Kandy brings 25 years of experience in billing and collections to CCL. She is also our personal injury liason, working directly with our doctors and the attorneys to provide the information they need to win cases for their clients.
